Joe McAuliffe is the United States number one ranked bench presser in 2005 in the 198 class. Joe broke the IPF Masters world record four consecutive times at the 2005 Bench Nationals with lifts of 530-550-570-579...a PR day all after his 40th birthday.
Joe's Background: Joe holds a Master's degree in exercise science, a Bachelor's degree in Kenisiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist.
He is the strength and speed editor for NJ blitz magazine and spearheads High-schoolers Against taking steriod ( HATS).
Joe is the owner and head strength-speed coach at the Jmpowercenter...a 10,000 square foot state of the art natural athletic development center(www.jmpowercenter.com) in Eatontown, NJ.
He has helped produce over 80 division 1 scholarship athletes as well as NFL started Rob Pettiti of the Dallas cowboys.
He is also ow doing work with Christie Rampone of
the US Women's Olympic Soccer Team.
